We’re thrilled to announce that Black Beetle Health are a CPD member! 

The CPD Certification Service is the “leading and largest independent CPD accreditation institution operating across all industry sectors.” 

We join thousands of institutions and organisations, including the University of Cambridge, multiple NHS Trusts, Stonewall and Mermaids offering CPD training to professionals across the country. 

Sarah Grant, Black Beetle Health’s Consultant Programme Manager, said:  

“Becoming a member of the CPD Certification Service, and now gaining accreditation for our first event, is a huge step for the charity.   

Black Beetle Health has always functioned as a lived-experience organisation that’s committed to providing evidence-based resources.   

Not only does this accreditation further validate our work, but it allows us to contribute to the continuing education goals of professionals from different sectors, while also helping to relay our principles of health equity in a systematic way.” 

As a member, we are now eligible to apply for CPD accreditation for our healthcare programmes and workshops.  

This year, we hosted our first ever two-day Health, Equity and Training (H.E.A.T) conference. The programme now offers 12 hours of CPD credits, which all the event’s attendees can apply for. Accreditation is based on people having completed both two days of training.
